Educational Qualification for Anna University Recruitment 2023

(1) Assistant Professor:-

Engineering / Technology:
Candidates with B.E./B. Tech / B. S. and M. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. Degree from an Indian University recognized by the UGC or equivalent in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent grade on the point scale in any one of them Passed degree from a recognized foreign University. Science & Humanities:
Candidates have minimum requirements of a good academic record, 55% marks (or equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at PG level and the National Eligibility Test (NET), or a recognized examination (by State Level Eligibility Test – SLET / SET Administered by the Government of Tamil Nadu), there will be Professors for Assistant Recruitment. Management Studies:
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject and Master’s Degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C.A. / ICWA / M. less Master’s degree with first class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after graduation. Check the official notification for more details.

(2) Assistant Librarian:-

(a) Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation or equivalent professional degree with at least first class or equivalent and have consistently good academic record with knowledge of library computerization and knowledge of computerization.

(b) Qualified in the National Level Examination conducted by the UGC for the purpose or other equivalent examination approved by the UGC.

(3) Assistant Director (Physical Education):-

Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports from a recognized University/Institute with at least First Class in Science or equivalent with good academic record. Check the official notification for more details.

Application Fee for Anna University Chennai Recruitment 2023

(i) For all the other candidates: Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) (+ 18% GST)

(ii) For SC/SC(A)/ST candidates: Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four hundred only) (+ 18% GST)

Selection Process for Anna University Recruitment 2023

Candidates will be selected through written test, presentations before subject experts, and personal interview with selection committee members.

1) Eligible and interested candidates can apply online only by visiting the official website of Anna University, Chennai www.annauniv.edu.

2) After successfully submitting the duly filled online applications, candidates should download the same application form, affix signatures at appropriate places, and send them with all relevant enclosures to the Registrar, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025 only by speed/registered post on 18.12.2023 or earlier.

3) Candidates should send a hard copy of each application along with a self-attested photocopy of documents.

4) Completed online applications with hard copy documents received on or before the prescribed date in the Office of the Registrar, Anna University Chennai – 25 will be considered for further processing. Handwritten applications will not be accepted. Applications will be summarily rejected after the closing date.
