Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGENCO), Vidyuth Souda, Hyderabad, as per Notification No.01/JS (PER)/2013, is recruiting 361 Fireman and Security Guards. FIREMAN: 120 Nos.
SECURITY GUARDS: 241 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed Intermediate or equivalent examination recognized by the Govt. of AP.
Physical Standards: Height—167cms (164cms in case of ST and aboriginal Tribes); Chest—Not be less than 86.3 cm (83cms for ST/ Tribes) round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.
Pay Scale: Rs.10520—20220
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 30yrs. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST- 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman & any other Categories – As per Govt. norms
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Physical Efficiency Test. For details, refer the Advt.
The written examination will be held at HYDERABAD, WARANGAL VIJAYAWADA and KURNOOL only
Physical Efficiency Test will be conducted only at Hyderabad
