APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 16 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Electrician: 05 posts
ii) Welder: 03 posts
iii) Wireman: 02 posts
iv) Fitter: 03 posts
v) Plumber: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification required for respective Trade plus ITI Pass (NVCT).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 31/10/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 7680/- per month.
The candidates will undergo One year Apprenticeship Training at Teesta-V Power Station, Balutar, East Sikkim under Apprentices Act, 1961.
Preference will be given to candidates
i) Project Affected Families of Teesta-V Power Station.
ii) Project Affected Areas of Teesta-V Power Station.
iii) Resident of Sikkim.
Note:
i) Candidates whose results are awaited are not eligible to apply.
ii) Candidates having job experience for a period of one year or more will not be eligible.
iii) Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in any organisation.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained in Academic Qualification.
