Educational Qualification: Should have passed High School/ 10th with minimum 50% marks and ITI in respective trade.
Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 25-12-2019.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
The candidates will undergo One year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1962 in diffirent trades at different Workshops/ Unist of North East Railway (NER).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in High School/ 10th examination and Document Verification. The candidates will be called for Document Verification at Gorakhpur.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO NORTH EAST RAILWAY (NER), INDIAN RAILWAYS AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
