APPRENTICES
Name of the Trades: The vacancies are in the following trades- Electrician, Lineman/ Wireman, Power Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Plumber, Mason (Building Constructor) and Carpenter.
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed 10th Class under 10 + 2 system of education or its equivalent.
ii) Should have pass ITI examination from the recognized Institution in the respective trade.
Age Limit: Should have completed minimum 14 years as on 01/01/2020.
The candidates will undergo Apprentice Training for a period of One year under the Apprentice Act, 1961 in Loktak Power Station, Manipur, a unit of NHPC Limited.
Note: The candidates who have acquired prior training/ experience for more than one year and the candidates who have absconded previous apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Personal Interview.
