APPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification

1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering/Technology.
OR
1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology OR 1st Class Master’s Degree in Home Science with clothing & textile as subjects.
OR
1st Class Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject.
OR
1st Class Master Degree in Commerce AND Typewriting Higher Grade in English and Shorthand Higher Grade in English.
OR
1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

APPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

Candidates must be within the age group of 18 to 42 years as of July 1, 2023.

APPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Recruitment 2024 Application Fees

Applicants are required to pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) as an application processing fee and Rs. 120/- (Rupees one hundred twenty only) as an examination fee.

APPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Recruitment 2023-24 Selection Process

Candidates must appear in all examination papers for the selection process, with absence in any paper resulting in automatic disqualification. The selection is based on merit in the written exam, with cut-off marks determined by the Commission. Minimum qualifying marks are required for shortlisting, varying for different categories: 40% for OC, Sports Persons, Ex-Servicemen & EWS, 35% for Backward Class, and 30% for SCs, STs & PBDs. Social reservations apply, considering the claims of SCs, STs, Backward Classes, EWS, and Women. In the case of equal marks, age, and educational qualification date are considered for the ranking. Zonal preferences are indicated during the application, and the final selection is subject to a medical examination.

Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/acknowledgment slip with a unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
