Educational Qualification for APSC Recruitment 2023

The Candidates must have passed a degree or equivalent examination from a recognized university.

Age Limit for APSC Recruitment 2023

The candidate’s minimum age is 21 years age maximum age is 38 years.

Age Relaxable:-

i) SC/ ST (P)/ ST (H) Candidates: 05 years

ii) OBC/ MOBC Candidates: 03 years

iii) For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years

Application Fee for APSC Recruitment 2023

(1) General Category – Rs. 250/-
(2) SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Category – Rs. 150/-
(3) BPL Category – Nil
(4) PwBD Category – Nil

a) Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.

b) For SC/ST/OBC/BPL candidates to avail the prescribed application fee waiver, must produce the claimed category certificate issued by the competent authority.

c) Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Selection Process for APSC Recruitment 2023

Selected candidates will be appointed only through the Stenography Proficiency Test and Objective Type Written Test. Check the official notification for more details.

How to Apply for Assam PSC Recruitment 2023

1) Candidates have to apply online through the official website only, no other mode of application will be accepted and will be rejected.

2) Candidates can apply online only through the official website of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) through www.apsc.nic.in.

3) Candidates must have a valid e-mail for online application, as all correspondence by the Commission will be submitted through e-mail. The requirement regarding a copy of the certificate submitted in respect of the claim made in the online application will be intimated to the candidates through the Commission website in due course.

4) Candidates must submit details of documents like certificate no, date of issue, and issuing authority and upload documents/certificates in support of the claims made by them in the application form i.e. date of birth, experience, qualification, etc. in pdf/jpeg file such that the file size is 200 KB Not more than Applicant can scan documents/certificates at 200 dpi grayscale.

5) A candidate should upload his recent photograph and scanned image of his signature in JPG/JPEG format.

i) passport-size photograph (within 200 KB)
ii) Signature size (within 200 KB)
