Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, Pune is recruiting 6 Posts of Lower Division clerk, Accountant, HS X-Ray Electrician, Fireman and Peon. ARMED FORCES MEDICAL STORES DEPOT, PUNE, REQUIRES 6 LDC, ACCOUNTANT, X-RAY ELECTRICIAN, FIREMAN AND PEON. LAST DATE – 26/09/2014

1. Lower division Clerk (LDC): 1 Nos. (Gen-1)
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass and candidates shall have knowledge of typing speed 35wpm in English OR 30wpm in Hindi.

2. Accountant: 1 Nos. (Gen-1)
Educational Qualification: Degree in commerce OR 12th Pass with 2 yrs experience in Cash, Account and Budget work.

3. HS X-Ray Electrician: 2 Nos. (OBC-1 & Ex-Ser-1)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 3 yrs experience in same field.

4. Fireman: 1 Nos. (Ex-Ser-1)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass.
Physical Standards: (i) Height-165cm (ii) Chest-unexpanded: 81.5cm (iv) Chest-expanded: 86.5cm and Weight-Minimum: 50kg.
Endurance Test: (i) Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5 K.g to a distance of 183 meters within 95 seconds). (ii) Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump). (iii) Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hand and feet.

 

5. Peon: 1 Nos. (Gen-1)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass/ Matric.

Age limit (for all above posts): Candidates shall be within 18yrs to 27 yrs as on last date of receipt of application. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman and others eligible categories as per Government norms.

 

Mode of Selection:
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Practical Test and Physical Test. Candidates selection will be conducted at Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, 20, Maneckshaw Road, Pune-411 001.

Note: Candidates must enclose one additional pass-port size photograph in an envelope. Candidates shall also enclose one self-address envelope (12 × 25cm) with affixed postal stamp of Rs.45/-.
