Armed Forces Medical Services is inviting application from the eligible candidates for Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer. Candidates selected for the post will be on contractual period of 05 years, extendable by another 09 years in two spells first of 05 years and second of 04 years. Both Male and Female can apply. SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (SSC) OFFICER

Educational Qualification:  Passed MBBS examination in first or second attempt and completed internship.
Candidates must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/MCI. Post graduate degree/diploma holders i.e. MD/MS/MCH/DM/DNB/DLO/DOMS/DA may also apply.

 

Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 31.12.2016

 

Pay Scale: Rs.17160/- Rs.39100 plus Grade pay Rs.6100/-

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Interview will be held at Delhi in the month of June 2016

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
