Arunachal Pradesh Police requires 18 UDC & LDC in Civil Police and IRBN. Last Dt. 18/09/2012

Arunachal Pradesh Police, Office of the Director General of Police — Itanagar, is recruiting 18 Nos. Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk in Civil Police and IR Bn. Graduate and Madhyamik pass candidates who meets the below criteria may apply. Advt. No. PHQ/PER-64/2012. Interested candidates may submit their application form on prescribed format. The qualification criteria and norms in brief is given below—

ARUNACHAL PRADESH POLICE REQUIRES 18 UPPER DIVISION CLERK (UDC) AND LOWER DIVISION CLERK (LDC) IN CIVIL POLICE AND IRBN.  ADVT.NO. PHQ/PER-64/2012.

1. Upper Division Clerk (UDC): 7 Nos.
Civil Police—2 Nos. (APST)
IRBN—5 Nos. (Gen—1; APST—4)
Qualification: Graduation from recognized University and must have basic knowledge of Computer application.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2800/-

2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 11 Nos.
Civil Police—8 Nos. (Gen—2; APST—6)
IRBN—3 Nos. (Gen—1; APST—2)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent from recognized board and Basic knowledge of Computer Application. Candidates must have Typing speed of 30 words per minute .
Pay scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900/-

Age limits: between 18yrs to 28yrs as on 01/01/2012. Upper age relaxation for APST and SC/ST—5yrs.

Selection Steps: Candidates will be selected through Written examination which will be on following subject — (i) General English (100 marks), (ii) General Knowledge (100 marks), (iii) Elementary Mathematics (100 marks)
And Basic Computer Application test of 50 marks. Candidates applied for the post of LDC will have to sit for Typing Speed test (30 words per minute ).
Finally the qualified candidates in above test will be called for Interview/ Viva Voce.
Date and venue of the Examination will be intimated to the eligible candidates through Admit Card/ Call letter in due course.
Medical Examination/ Character and Antecedent verification will be made.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed Application format which can be also neatly typed on plain paper as per format. Candidates should enclose the form along with attested copies of educational certificates, Age proof, Caste certificate, Employment Exchange registration certificate of A.P., Etc and Self-Addressed envelope with affixed postal stamp of Rs.5/– and 3 Nos. passport size photographs with self-signature on the backside.
Candidates should also enclose a Treasury Challan of Rs.40/- (Rs.10/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour ofAsst. General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account “0055” Police.

The Application Form can be sent by Ordinary Post or directly submitted by Hand at PHQ Itanagar.

Last Date of Application: Application form should reach/ submitted on or before 18th September 2012.
