258 ASHA Karmee in Blocks of Purulia Sadar (West) & Purulia Sadar (East). Last Dt. 18/03/2013

Under Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, Purulia district, is recruiting “ASHA Karmee” for sub health centres in different blocks under Purulia Sadar (West) Sub-Division and Purulia Sadar (East) Sub-Division. Local residents (only female candidates) of respective health centres may apply for the post. Qualification norms and numbers of vacancies is given below —

1. ASHA KARMEE under Purulia Sadar (West) Sub-division
No. of Vacancies: 211 Nos.

2. ASHA KARMEE under Purulia Sadar (East) Sub-division
No. of Vacancies: 47 Nos.

Eligibility Norms: —
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Candidates with higher qualification may also apply but will be compromise on basis of marks obtained in Madhyamik examination.
SC/ST candidates will be given first preference. Beside this, preference will be given to Grade –I or Grade-II Self Help Group, Trained Midwife and Link workers.

Age Limits: between 30yrs to 40 yrs as on 01-01-2013. For SC/ST candidates between 22yrs to 40yrs.

Only Married female candidates or Legally separated/ Divorced women or widow may apply for the post.
Candidates must be local residents of the village/ blocks where the sub health centre/ posting area is located.

How to Apply: Candidates may apply on prescribed application form along with Self-attested copies of testimonials such as – Age proof documents/ Madhyamik Admit Card, Residential Certificate/ Ration Card, Madhyamik or equivalent certificate, Caste certificate. 2 Nos. passport size photographs and Etc.

Last Date of Application: Application form is to be submitted on or before 18th March 2013 (upto 4.30PM) at the respective Block Development Office (BDO Office).
