Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Guwahati, is inviting application for the eligible candidates for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Candidates who have appeared and qualified the Online Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS during month of September/ October, 2013 are eligible to apply. Educational Qualification: Academic qualification is as per norms laid by IBPS and on basis of which the candidates have appeared for CWE-II in the month of Sept/Oct, 2013.
Essential Requirement: Beside educational qualification, candidates shall appeared and qualified the Online Common Written Examination (CWE_II) conducted by IBPS for RRBs in the month of Sept/ Oct, 2013. For Qualifying Standard Score and TWS, see the below given PDF file.
N.B: For the post of Officer Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the candidates shall have proficiency in the official language of Assam, and shall have studied the language as a subject atleast at Matriculation level examination.
Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for two years in case of Officers Scale I and II and one year in case of Office Assistant (M).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
The total marks for Interview will be 30. The Interview will be held at the Guwahati centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

Upon successful submission of Online Application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates shall print-out it and shall retain it safely for later use during Interview, if called.
