EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. For Jr. Assistant: Graduate in any discipline
2. For Tax Collector-cum-Road Maharer: Graduate in any discipline
Note: Preference will be given to the candidates who have basic knowledge of Computer.
AGE LIMIT (FOR ALL POSTS):
Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 26/11/2014.
PAY SCALE:
(i) For Jr. Assistant: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-
(ii) Tax Collector-cum-Road Maharer: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2100/-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Oral Interview. Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be only called for Interview.
Written Test will be of 150 marks and will consist — (i) General Knowledge, (ii) General Studies and (iii) General Awareness.
The medium of examination will be in English.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply only on Standard format of Assam (Gazette Part-IX)(Printed on legal size paper) along with attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility such as Qualification certificate (from HSLC onwards), Age proof, Caste Certificates, Experience certificate, if any, two recent passport size photographs and any other relevant documents.
