1. Sub-Inspector: 346 Nos. (Male-242 (OBC / MOBC 65, SC-17 ST-H 12 ST-P 24 ) Female-104 ( BC/ MOBC-93 SC-24 ST-H 17 ST-P 35 )
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-20 years Maximum-24 years as on 01/07/2015
Pay Scale: Rs5200/- Rs-20200/- Grade Pay-Rs-3300/-
2. Assistant Jailors: 27 Nos. (Male-27 ( OBC /MOBC-11, SC-02, ST-P 02 ))
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce
Desirable: Diploma in the fields of Criminology and Correctional Works and/or Computer Application.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years Maximum-38 years as on 01/07/2015
Pay Scale: Rs5200/- Rs-20200/- Grade Pay-Rs-3300/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards: Candidates should meet the prescribed physical standards as per norms laid. See the officially released advertisement for more details (See PDF file below).
Candidates’ Selection: The Selection of candidates will be through written test which will be conducted in all the District Headquarters. There will be also Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test. See Advt. given below.
