1. Research Assistant under Planning & Development Deptt: 10 Nos. (OC—10)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with either Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Business Administration, Business Management, Geography or Commerce as one of the subjects. Preference shall be given to the Honors Graduates.
Pay Scale: Rs.8000/- to Rs.35000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.4300/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Age Limit: 21 to 38 years as on 01.01.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years.
2. Assistant. Professors in Diphu Govt College, Diphu under Higher Educational Deptt: 17 Nos.(Gen—10; OBC—4 & SC—3)
Subjects — Assamese, Botany, Chemistry, Commerce, English, Education, Economics, Mathematics, Philosophy, Zoology.
Educational Qualification: Good academic record with 55% (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD) marks at the Master’s Degree Level in a relevant subject and also have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test). The Candidates who have Ph.D Degree will give preference.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.6600/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Age Limit: 21 to 38 years as on 01.01.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Screening Test or Viva-voce Interview.
