  1. OFFICER OF THE ASSAM PSC OFFICE MUST BE PUNISHED FOR SUCH TYPE OF ACTIVITY WHICH IS AGAINST LAW. Every citizen of India can appear in any state psc exam .This right is given by our constitution. PSC Assam must correct the address format of online form fill up immediately and extend the last date of online form submission.

  2. In address column of the online form there is only “Assam” in the dropdown of the “state” option. In that case, candidates living in different state will not be able to select their respective state and it is a mandatory option. Hence, they are not able to apply for the said exam…. Is it not indirectly preventing potential candidates from appearing in the exam. If they are afraid of outside candidate to appear in the exam than they should have informed it openly rather than playing this tricky situation… THIS IS UNTRAVIRES TO THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA. AS IT IS AGAINST ARTICLE 17 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA…. AND THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA SHOULD TAKE FIRM STEP AGAINST THIS KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES…

    • its articale 16, t yes rightly said its a way to weed out outsiders. But if some one goes to court or even a PIL will work in this kind of situation against APSC.
