Educational Qualification: i)Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agri business management/Rural Management/ Rural Marketing/ Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 5 years Post qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level,responsible for development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community resource persons and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.49000 per month
2. PROJECT EXECUTIVE – MODEL CLUSTER LEVEL FEDERATIONS (CLF)

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least I year should be on domain like Institution Building of Community Federations, Capacity Building, Social Development etc.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 30 years.

9. DISTRICT FUNCTIONAL EXPERT (SKILLS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree
Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/04/2020.
Consolidated Pay:Â Rs.35000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC/ PWD category.
The vacancies are under the National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year, which may further be extended, subject to satisfactory performance and duration of the project.
The candidates selected for the posts of District Functional Expert (Non-Farm) and Block Coordinators under NRETP will be posted in the specific Districts and specific Blocks of five districts of Assam, namely Dhemaji, Hailakandi, Nagaon, Tinsukia and Udalguri only.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Group Discussion/ Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview.
