ASSISTANT COMMANDANT (GENERAL DUTY)
No. of Vacancies: 25 Nos. (OBC-6; SC-5; ST-14)
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (i.e. 1st Semester to 8th Semester for BE/B.Tech Course or 1st year to last year for Bachelor Degree candidates wherever applicable).
Candidates must have studied Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to intermediate or class XIIth or equivalent with 60% aggregate in Mathematics and Physics.
Maximum 5% relaxation in aggregate in the degree certificate for SC/ST candidates. No relaxation is applicable for 12th class marks.
Note: only OBC/ SC/ST categories men are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Born between 01 Jul 1996 to 30 Jun 2000 (Both dates inclusive).
Basic Pay: Rs.56000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates must meet the prescribed Physical standards such as Height, Weight, Chest and Eye sight. See detailed advertisement (link given below).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview (Personality test).
Candidates may download their Admit Card for Preliminary Exam between dated 06 Jan and 10 Jan,2021.
Examination will be conducted at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Noida.
