1. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LABORATORY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: First class or second class Masters Degree in Physics/ Chemistry.
Experience: At least 05 years research experience in related branch.
Desirable: i) Doctorate Degree.
ii) Mill experience and knowledge of the application statistical methods.
iii) Knowledge of French or German Language.
Age Limit: Minimum 27 years and maximum 35 years as on 15/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67770 — Rs.208700
2. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (LABORATORY)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: First class or second class Master’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry.
Desirable: i) Doctorate Degree.
ii) Research experience in Textile Testing and Technology.
iii) Knowledge of Statistics.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 15/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.56100 — Rs.177500
3. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (EP&QA)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree (at least high second class) in Textile Manufacture/ Technology from a recognized University.
Experience: At least 05 years experience.
Desirable: i) Post-graduate Degree in Textile Manufacture Technology.
ii) Some experience in the standardization of specification for textiles.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 15/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.56100 — Rs.177500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC category and Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. The Written test and Interview for all the posts will be conducted at Mumbai or as informed/ communicated by Textiles Committee.
