West Bengal Government—for the Division of Technical Education and Training, is recruiting 26Nos. For the post of “Assistant Director”. The following qualification is required to be eligible for the post—

Name of the Post: Assistant Director
No. Of Vacancies: 26 Nos. (Gen-11; OBC “Cat A”-2; OBC “Cat B”-2; SC-4; ST-4; PH-2)
Job will be on division of the Technical Education and Training’s Industrial Training Institute. Serial No: 02.

Qualification: Engineering Degree, in any branch, pass candidates may apply. Candidate should have minimum experience of one year in Practical or Teaching in any well known Institute

Age should be within 35 years as on 1-1-2011. SC/ST and OBC will receive age relaxation as per govt. norms and rules.

Salary per month will be Rs.15600-Rs.42000. Grade Pay Rs.5400

Selection of candidates will be through interview but may held Written Test if too many candidates have applied for the post.

• Two nos. Self addressed envelope without any postal stamp
• One self-addressed Post Card
• Crossed Postal Order or Treasury Challan of Rs.210. Postal Order should be addressed to “The Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal” and payable at “GPO Kolkata”. Treasury challan is available from govt. Treasury or from Reserve Bank of India. Treasury challan should be on topic “0051-00-105 State PSC Examination fees-001- Examination fee-16-others fees”. No fee is required for SC/ST and PH candidates.

On the top of Application containing envelope, write: “Advertisement No 8/2001 and Name of the Post applied for…..”
