ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 65 Nos. (UR-29, OBC/MOBC-26, SC-02, STP-04, STH-04)
Educational Qualification:
i) Passed Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
OR
Passed part A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India).
ii) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000- 110000/- with Grade pay of Rs. 12700/-
The vacancies are under Water Resource Department, Government of Assam.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC/MOBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening Test/ Written Examination and Viva-voce Interview.
