ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Educational Qualification: i) A degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent qualification.
ii) Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
Desirable: One year’s Post-Graduate practical training or study or research or practical engineering experience (only for PHE and P&RD Departments).
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.56100 — Rs.144300
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST of West Bengal, 03 years for BC of West Bengal and upto 45 years for PWD category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
