Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board is recruiting 250 Male/Female for the post of “Assistant Engineer (Civil)”, “Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)” and “Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) Class- II”.
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil): 213 Nos. Serial No. 5
Female— Gen:32; SC-4; ST-12; Socially and Economically backward: 15
Male—Gen:76; SC-9; ST-30; Socially and Economically backward: 35
Qualification: Civil Engineering Degree Course pass from recognized university may apply. Candidates appearing final this year may also apply. Candidates should have proper skill in Computer application such as MS. Office, MS. Project and AutoCAD.
Age should be within 28yrs old. Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4600
2. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 25 Nos. Serial No.6
Female—Gen:5; Socially and Economically backward:2
Male—Gen:13; Socially and Economically backward:5
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree Course pass from any recognized University may apply. This year final appearing students may also apply. Candidates may have proper knowledge in MS. Office, MS. Project and AutoCAD.
Age and payscale is same as above post.
3. Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) Class-II: 12Nos. Serial No.3
Female—Gen:2; ST-1
Male—Gen:5; ST-4
Qualification: Civil Engineering Degree Course pass from recognized university may apply. Candidates appearing final this year may also apply. Candidates should have proper skill in Computer application such as MS. Office, MS. Project and AutoCAD. Civil Engineering Post Graduate Degree pass candidates will receive 2 years age relaxation.
Age and Pay Scale is same as above
For all the above posts, candidates will receive age relaxation as per govt. norms and rules.
First 2 years will be on probation. Selection of candidates will be through Screening Test or Interview.
