1. DEPUTY MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Two years MBA/ 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in HR/ HRD/ Personnel Management.
OR
ii) Two years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in:-
a) Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or Labour welfare or PM & IR or Management Studies or Human Resource Management.
OR
b) Personnel Management and/ or Industrial Relations with Labour Welfare/ Social Welfare/ Social Work.
OR
c) Social Work/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare with PM and/ or IR.
iii) Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
Experience: Should have 06 years of post qualification relevant work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years as on 22/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.60000-180000/-
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (WELFARE)

Educational Qualification: i) Two years MBA/ 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in HR/ HRD/ Personnel Management.
OR
Two years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in:-
a) Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or Labour welfare or PM & IR or Management Studies or Human Resource Management.
OR
b) Personnel Management and/ or Industrial Relations with Labour Welfare/ Social Welfare/ Social Work.
OR
c) Social Work/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare with PM and/ or IR.
ii) Registered as a Welfare Officer with the Chief Inspector of Factories, Bombay.
iii) Adequate knowledge of Marathi language.
Experience: Should have 03 years of relevant post qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years as on 22/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000/-
3. SENIOR OFFICER (SECURITY)

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
ii) Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
