ASSISTANT MANAGER (SCALE I)
No. of Vacancies: 16 Nos. (GEN-06, SC-04, OBC-NCL-03, EWS-03. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) A full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD) or a full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.
ii) Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ Company Secretary may also apply.
Note:- Candidate whose final result is awaited is not eligible to apply.
Experience: No prior experience is required, any relevant experience would be given weightage.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/08/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.23700 — Rs.42020
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two (02) years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination and Interview. The Online Examination will be held in October/ November 2020 at various centres across India and the Interview will be conducted in January/ February 2021 at NHB head office in New Delhi only.
