ASSISTANT PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
No. of Vacancies: 47 Nos.
Educational Qualification: A Degree in Law from the recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 03 years experience at the Bar.
Desirable: Experience as Govt. Advocate is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 31/10/2019.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ PH and 03 years for OBC category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis to function in the Director of Prosecution, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The contract is initially for a period of Six (06) months or till the regular recruitment is made, whichever is earlier.
