1. ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: A degree from a recognized University.

2. STENOGRAPHER GRADE ‘C’
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01, PH-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
ii) A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/ Hindi Shorthand.
iii) Skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in computer.
iv) Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 19/09/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400 — Rs.112400
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE ‘D’
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-04, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: i) 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Skill Test Norms:- Dictation- 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription- 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) Or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On Computer).
iii) Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 19/09/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
4. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 from a recognized Board/ University.
ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 19/09/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
5. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-02, PH-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
iii) Knowledge of working on computer.
iv) Skill Test Norms only on computers.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 19/09/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will initially be on Probation for a period of two years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Test/ Examination and Skill Test for all the posts. The examination will be held at various cities across India.

Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION (NCTE) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
