1. ASSISTANT TEACHER FOR LOWER PRIMARY SCHOOL
Educational Qualification: i) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 04-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 02-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
ii) Passed in Assam TET for LPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.

2. ASSISTANT TEACHER (UPS)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000 — Rs.60500
3. SCIENCE TEACHER (UPS)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. from recognized University and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS (Science and Mathematics) conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.

4. ASSAMESE LANGUAGE TEACHER (UPS)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University having Assamese as one of the subjects and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.

5. MANIPURI LANGUAGE TEACHER (UPS)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University having Manipuri as one of the subjects and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.

6. HINDI TEACHER (UPS)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University having Hindi as one of the subjects and 02-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000 — Rs.60500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/MOBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
