Office of the Project Officer-cum-District Welfare Officer, Backward Classes Welfare (Birbhum, West Bengal) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the posts of – Post Graduate Assistant Teacher and Honours Graduate Assistant Teacher, for Ekalavya Model Residential School (English Medium) located at Kankutia in the district of Birbhum. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below —
POST GRADUATE ASSISTANT TEACHER
In English (Serial No.02): 1 Nos. (General)
In Mathematics (Serial No.03): 1 Nos (General)
Qualification: Post Graduate degree in English or Mathematics from recognised University.
Desirable: Degree in Teaching or Education is desirable.
HONOURS GRADUATE ASSISTANT TEACHER
In Geography (Serial No.01): 1 Nos. (SC- Exempted Category)
In Mathematics (Serial No.04): 1 Nos. (OBC-A)
Qualification: Honours Graduate degree in Geography or Mathematics from recognised University.
Desirable: Degree in Teaching or Education is desirable.
Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 38yrs as on 01/01/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14000/- per month.
The engagement to the post will be on temporary basis in contract for 10 month at Ekalavya Residential School (English Medium) located at Kankutia, PO—Bolpur, under PS- Bolpur, in the district of Birbhum (West Bengal)
