ATL Sarthi
ATL Sarthi, a thorough self-monitoring framework, was introduced by NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) to reinforce the Atal Tinkering Laboratories’ constantly expanding ecosystem (ATL). In order to encourage young minds’ curiosity, creativity, and imagination as well as to instill skills like a design-thinking mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning, physical computing, etc., the Atal Innovation Mission is opening Atal Tinkering Laboratories (ATLs) in schools all across India. As of now, AIM has provided funding for 10,000 schools to open Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs).
Aim of ATL Sarthi:-
- AIM is constantly enhancing this ecosystem by creating frameworks and tools to improve ATL performance and accomplish the necessary goals. One such effort in this manner is ATL Sarthi.
- As Sarthi is a charioteer, as his name indicates, he will help the ATLs function effectively and efficiently. The initiative is built on four pillars: on-the-ground ATL enablement in collaboration with relevant local authorities through a Cluster-based Approach; providing ownership to schools to analyze their performance through Performance-Enablement (PE) Matrix; and regular process improvements. These include a self-reporting dashboard known as “MyATL Dashboard” and Compliance SOPs for schools to ensure financial and non-financial compliance.
- The ATL Cluster aspires to provide a self-sustaining paradigm for enablement and monitoring in which ATLs and local governments collaborate on the ground to create clusters of 20–30 ATLs in a certain area.
- Through training, partnerships, events, and sharing of best practices, these ATLs may benefit from one another.

The dignitaries including Sh. Suresh Kumar, IAS, Commissioner of School Education for the state of Andhra Pradesh, Smt. B. B. Cauvery, IAS, SPD, Samagra Sikhsha, Mr. Sudhanva, MD and Founder of Excel Soft, Mr. Yogesh Suri, Director of Vigyan Ashram, Mr. Sheshagri K. M. Rao, Education Specialist for UNICEF, Mr. Brijesh Srivastava, Programme Manager were present in the launch program.

ATL সারথি, একটি পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ স্ব-পর্যবেক্ষণ কাঠামো, NITI Aayog-এর অটল ইনোভেশন মিশন (AIM) দ্বারা অটল টিঙ্কারিং ল্যাবরেটরিজগুলির ক্রমাগত প্রসারিত ইকোসিস্টেম (ATL)-কে শক্তিশালী করার জন্য প্রবর্তন করা হয়েছিল৷ তরুণদের কৌতূহল, সৃজনশীলতা এবং কল্পনাশক্তিকে উৎসাহিত করার পাশাপাশি ডিজাইন-চিন্তার মানসিকতা, গণনামূলক চিন্তাভাবনা, অভিযোজিত শিক্ষা, শারীরিক কম্পিউটিং ইত্যাদির মতো দক্ষতা তৈরি করার জন্য, অটল উদ্ভাবন মিশন অটল টিঙ্কারিং ল্যাবরেটরিজ (ATLs) খুলছে। সারা ভারতে 10,000টি স্কুলে এখন পর্যন্ত, AIM অটল টিঙ্কারিং ল্যাব (ATLs) খোলার জন্য সরকারের তরফে তহবিল সরবরাহ করেছে।
লক্ষ্য(ATL Sarthi)
- ATL ক্লাস্টার সক্ষমতা এবং পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য একটি স্ব-নির্ভরশীল দৃষ্টান্ত প্রদান করতে চায় যেখানে ATL এবং স্থানীয় সরকার একটি নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় 20-30 ATL-এর ক্লাস্টার তৈরি করতে সহযোগিতা করবে।
- প্রশিক্ষণ, অংশীদারিত্ব, ইভেন্ট এবং সর্বোত্তম অনুশীলন ভাগ করে নেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, এই ATLগুলি একে অপরের থেকে উপকৃত হতে পারে।
- গুজরাট, অন্ধ্র প্রদেশ, এবং কর্ণাটক সহ রাজ্যগুলিতে ATL সারথি নামক পাইলট প্রজেক্টটি লঞ্চ করা হবে।
