SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT – B
1. Trade/Discipline – Architecture: 01 (OL/HH)
Qualification: Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship (Three years after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 30 years as on 20.11.2015
STIPENDIARY TRAINEE CATEGORY – II
Trade/ Discipline and No. of vacancies are as follows –
- Draughtsman (Civil): 01 (OA/OL./BL/HH)
- Mason: 02 (OL/HH)
- Carpenter: 01 (OL/BL/HH)
- Plumber: 02 (LV)
- Electrician: 02 (LV)
- Fitter: 01 (OL/BL/HH)
- Library Assistant: 02 (OA/OL/OAL/BL/HH)
- Laboratory Assistant: 01 (OA/OL/ BL/ HH)
Qualification: Minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in SSC or HSC, both with Science and Maths AND Trade Certificate of not less than 1 year duration in respective trade (Draughtsman (Civil)/ Mason/ Carpenter/ Plumber/ Electrician/ Fitter/ Library Assistant).
For Laboratory Assistant – Minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in SSC with Science and Maths AND Trade Certificate of not less than 1 year duration in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Laboratory) is mandatory for SSC OR Minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in HSC (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 22 years as on 20.11.2015
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates for the post of Scientific Assistant-B will be through Written Examination followed by Personal Interview and for the post of Stipendiary Trainee will be through Written Examination, Trade Test and Personal Interview.
There shall be no written examination for the post of Plumber (ST-04) and Electrician (ST-05) earmarked for Visually Impaired (VH).
