Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Dept. of Atomic Energy, is inviting Online Application from the eligible candidates for appointment in the various posts – Technical Officer, Scientific Assistant, Pharmacist, Technician and Etc. total vacancies—94 Nos. 1. Technical Officer-C (Physics): 9 Nos.
Qualification: M.Sc.,in Physics / Applied Physics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

2. Technical Officer-C (Chemistry): 08 Nos.
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with specialization in Analytical/Inorganic Chemistry and B.Sc. with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc and M.Sc
OR 5 year  integrated M.Sc., in Chemistry with Physics & Mathematics as subsidiaries with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks

3. Technical Officer-C (Mechanical/ Drilling): 7 Nos.
Qualification: B.E.,/B.Tech., in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate

4. Scientific Assistant-B (Physics): 5 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc., with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

5. Scientific Assistant-B (Chemistry): 12 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc., with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate
OR B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60%aggregate marks

6. Scientific Assistant-B (Drilling/ Mechanical): 34 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering (3 years course after SSC)  with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

7. Scientific Assistant-B (Mineral Technology): 1 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc with Geology or B.Sc in Mineral Beneficiation with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

8. Scientific Assistant-B (Computer Science): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Three Year Engineering Diploma (after X/SSC or equivalent) in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or B.Sc., (Computer Science) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

9. Scientific Assistant-B (Library Science): 1 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate PLUS Bachelor of Library Science or equivalent Diploma in Library Science with 60% marks.

10. Scientific Assistant-B (Mine Survey): 2 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course after SSC) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and with Mines Survey Comptency Certificate in metalliferous Mines (unrestricted).

11. Pharmacist – B: 2 Nos.
Qualification: HSC/ 10+2 AND 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy PLUS 6 months training in Pharmacy and Registered as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council .

12. Technician-B (Geology Sampler): 10 Nos.
Qualification: HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Maths subjects PLUS Trade Certificate in Fitter or Grinder or Laboratory Assistant.

13. Technician-B (Photography): 2 Nos.
Qualification: HSC/ SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Maths subjects PLUS Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration in Photography / Digital Photography PLUS Candidates should be able to handle video camera also.
Candidates should have practical knowledge of computer for day to day work and photoshop software for all types of photo editing.

14. Technician-B (Civil): 3 Nos.
Qualification: HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Maths subjects PLUS Not less than one year course of Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Training or equivalent recognized course in Draughtsman Civil/Architectural Asst./Construction Technology from a recognized institution of State/Central Government.

Age limit as on 01-01-2014:
Maximum age limit is 27 years for Technical Officer/C, Pharmacist-B posts indicated at Sl.No.1 to 3 and 11.
Maximum age limit is 30 years for Scientific Assistant/B posts indicated at Sl.No.4 to 10.
Maximum age limit is 25 years for Technician-B posts indicated at Sl.No.12 to 14.
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test/ Trade Test and Interview. Written test and interview will be held at Hyderabad.
The date, time and venue for written test will be intimated to the eligible candidates through e-mail in due course.
