1. BAGGAGE SCREENING EXECUTIVE
No. of Vacancies: 15 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Professionals (Engineering Graduates/ Regular MBA/ PGDM (two year duration).
ii) Preference will be given to candidates having valid Screener Certificate from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).
In case of candidates belonging from Evictee Families: Graduates other than Professionals can also apply.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.07.2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month.
2. FIRE & RESCUE OPERATORS
No. of Vacancies: 15 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) 10th Pass plus 03 years regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Fire/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum 50% marks. OR 12th pass (regular study) with 50% marks (Pass mark is required in case of candidates from evictee categories)
Preference will be given to candidates who have already completed Basic Fire Service Training at any of AAI’s Fire Training Institutes.
Candidates should possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence/ Medium Vehicle Licence/ Light Motor Vehicle Licence. For more details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of Three (03) years.
Candidates selected for the post of Fire and Rescue Operator will be sent for a mandatory training at the Fire Training Centres. During the training period, candidates will be paid a monthly Stipend of Rs. 10,000/-.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per norms.
Physical Standards (For Fire & Rescue Operators only):
(i) Height — 167 cms (for evictee category not less than 165 cms); (ii) Chest (unexpanded) — 81 cms; (iii) Chest (expanded) — 86 cms; (iv) Weight — 55 Kg.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Driving Skill Test and Interview wherever applicable.
