JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT
Number of Vacancies: 25 posts. (Gen—12; SC—4; ST—2; OBC—7). Out of them 1 post reserved for PWD and 02 posts for Ex-Serviceman.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with atleast 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed in English @ 40 wpm / Hindi @ 30 wpm
Desirable — Proficiency in Office Assistance
Age Limit: Maximum 28yrs as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be as per govt.norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Typing Test on Computer and Interview.
The written test will consist of objective type questions on English, Hindi, General Awareness and General Aptitude. The Written Test, Typing Test and Interview will be conducted at Bhopal. On the basis of performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for the Typing Test.
The venue & schedule of Written Test will be intimated to individual applicant along with the Admit Card.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies out of which one copy enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of educational qualification, age and experience, is to be send at the below given address by Ordinary Post, so as to reach on or before 12/06/2015
Application Fee: Rs.100/- is to be paid in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of – General Manager, Bank Note Press, Dewas payable at State Bank of India, BNP Branch, Dewas (M.P.). The Draft should be enclosed with the print-out of system generated online Application form. Candidates shall write their name and post applied for on the reverse side of the demand draft.
No application fee needs to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically challenged category.
