BOB Manager Recruitment Selection Process 2024

The selection process for the positions involves an online test, potentially followed by a psychometric test or other assessments as deemed appropriate. Candidates who qualify for the online test may proceed to a Group Discussion and/or Interview.

However, the Bank reserves the right to adjust the selection criteria based on the number of applications received. Multiple selection methodologies such as descriptive tests or case studies may also be employed. Candidates may be considered for positions other than those applied for, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Bank of Baroda Manager Recruitment Exam Pattern

The exam pattern consists of four sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge. The total number of questions is 150, with a maximum of 225 marks. Sections 1, 2, and 3 are qualifying in nature, while marks in Section 4 (Professional Knowledge) are considered for shortlisting candidates. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes. There is a penalty for wrong answers in Section 4, and the exam may include both multiple-choice and descriptive questions.
