The selection process for the Credit Officer post consists of the following stages:
Online Examination — An objective test comprising English Language and Professional Knowledge sections.
Personal Interview — Conducted for candidates who qualify the online test and rank sufficiently high in merit. If the online exam is not conducted, the Bank may select candidates through interview alone, based on qualification, experience, and overall suitability.
