Office of the Bankura Zilla Parishad, Dist – Bankura, is recruiting 10 persons for the posts of — Stenographer (Karmadhayakshyas), Lower Division Assistant, Typist, Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical). Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application form within 11-10-2012. Eligibility norms and information in brief is given below —
1. Stenographer for Karmadhayakshyas: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC-A—1)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline and ability to take down dictation at a speed of at least 70 words per minute and with typing speed of 30 words per minute in Bengali.
Pay scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade pay: Rs.36000/-
2. Lower Division Assistant: 2 Nos. [SC—1; Gen (Meritorious Sportsperson)—1]
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate.
Knowledge of type writing in Computer is desirable.
Pay scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade pay: Rs.2600/-
3. Typist: 3 Nos. [Gen—1; SC(EC)—1; OBC(A)—1)]
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate and must have Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Bengali.
Typing ability on computer is desirable.
Pay scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade pay: Rs.2600/-
4. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): 2 Nos. [Gen—1; OBC(A)(EC)—1]
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Pay scale: Rs.9000—40500 and Grade pay: Rs.4400/- per month
5. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Pay scale: Same as above post.
Age Limits (For all posts): between 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2012. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs and SC/ST—5yrs.
How to Apply: Apply on prescribed application form. Application form as per format can be also typed neatly on plain A4 size paper.
Enclose the application form along with enclosures such as Qualification certificates, age proof, Caste certificate and Etc.
The duly filled application form can be dropped in the Drop-Box kept at Office of Bankura Zilla Parishad, Court Compound, Bankura, on any working days between 11 AM to 4 PM on and from 03rd October to 11th October 2012.
