Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank is inviting Online Application for the posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management Grade (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from the eligible candidates. Candidates who have appeared Common Written Examination (CWE) for RRBs conducted by IBPS during the month of Sept/ October, 2013 are eligible to apply. 1. Officer Scale-III: 2 Nos.
2. Officer Scale-II (GBO): 5 Nos.
3. Officer Scale-II (IT): 2 Nos.
4. Officer Scale-II (Law): 1 Nos.
5. Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): 1 Nos.
6. Officer Scale-I: 86 Nos.
7. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 198 Nos.
Eligibility —
Only candidates who have appeared and qualified the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS for RRBs in the month of Sept/Oct, 2013 are eligible to apply for the vacancies. Candidates must have obtained Standard Qualifying Scores (See the Advt. link given below for details)
Probation Period —
Officer Scale-I,II &III : Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of Two years which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year if work /conduct of the candidate is not found satisfactory.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of One year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding Six months if work /conduct of the candidate is not found satisfactory.
Candidates’ Selection:
Selection of the candidates will be on basis of candidates’ performance in CWE conducted by IBPS for RRBs. Such candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview. The total marks for Interview will be 30.
The Interview will be held at the Bharuch centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. Information will be also available on the bank’s website.

After successful submission of Online Application form, print-out the System Generated Registration Slip and retain it safely for future use. There is no need to send any hard copy of application to the bank.
