1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 74 Nos. (SC—07; ST—04; OBC—25 & Gen—38)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Skills.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on 01.06.2014.
2. Officer Scale-I: 13 Nos.(SC—05; OBC—1 & Gen—07)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline. Preference will be given who have degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Other Qualification: Knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on 01.06.2014.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): 03 Nos. (OBC-01 & Gen-02)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with 50% marks. Preference will be given having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horiticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: 2 years experience as Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years as on 01.06.2014.
The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years, PWD is 10 years and others as per govt. norms.
Essential Requirement: Beside above mentioned educational qualification, candidates who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October,2014, are only eligible to apply for the vacancies. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Language Proficiency – The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State i.e. Gujarati and shall have studied the language as a subject in 10th level or up to graduation level.
Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs.7200/- to Rs.19300/- per month for Office Assistant; Rs.14500/- to Rs.25700/- per month for Officer Scale-I and Rs.19400/- to Rs.28100/- per month for Office Scale-II plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.100/- (Rs.20/- for SC/ST//PWD/Ex-Serv). through any Branches of Bank of Baroda, by means of Payment challans available in the Bank’s website — www.bggb.in.
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview.
The Interview will be held at the Bharuch centre. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
