1. General Manager (Finance), Grade – VIII: 2 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: CWA or CA or MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in Finance of 2yrs duration.
Basic pay: Rs.43200
2. Additional General Manager (Personnel & Administration), Grade – VII: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration
Basic pay: Rs.36600
3. Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration), Grade-VI: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration

Qualification: First Class Degree (or 5-Years Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in any field from recognized University / Institution or equivalent course with First Class MBA/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Material Management/Supply Chain Management of 2 years duration
— Liaison: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: First Class Degree or equivalent in any discipline
5. Management Trainees (Finance), Grade-II: 11 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: CWA or CA or First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration
Training duration of MTs will be for a period of 1 (One) year. On successful completion of training period, they will be absorbed as Asst. Managers in Gr-II. They need to serve a bond for a period of 2 years from the date of absorption as Asst. Manager.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: For the posts of GM, AGM, DGM, and DM are by Interview and for Management Trainees are by Written Test & Interview. The final selection of the candidate(s) is based on the merit

After successful submission of Online Application Form, system will generate a Registration Slip with unique registration no. Candidates should print-out it and then along with Demand Draft (Application fee) and Bio-data form (available at the website), send it to the below address by post.
Application fee: Rs. 400/- through crossed Demand Draft prepared in favour of – “Bharat Dynamics Limited” payable at Hyderabad. Application fee can be paid through online mode too during application.
SC/ST/PH candidates were exempted from the Application fee.
The Registration slip and duly filled Bio-data (as per format) should reach by post to – “AGM, (HRD), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058”
Last Date of Application: Online application can be made till 02-01-2013 (4 PM) and print-out Registration Slip along with bio-data must reach on or before – 10th January 2013.
