BEL Optronic Devices Limited (BELOP) is recruiting 17 Asst. Manager, Officer, Engineer and Operators in the field of Finance, Human Resources, D&E & Production. 1. Assistant Manager (HR): 1 Nos.
Qualification: First Class Graduate degree with MSW/MBA/PG Diploma ( two years full time) with specialization in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
Essential: Knowledge of Marathi language is required. Computer knowledge is essential.
Pay Scale: Rs.9020—20020
Age: 30yrs.
2. Officer (Finance): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate Degree with CA/ ICWA (Final). Computer skill is essential.
Pay Scale: Rs.7670—17170
Age: 30yrs.
3. Engineer (D&E): 1 Nos.
Qualification: MS/ME/M Tech/M Sc (Engg) in Material Science /Metallurgy. Computer skill is essential
Pay Scale: Rs.7670—17170
Age: 27yrs.
4. Senior Operator: 3 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates). Computer skill is essential.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—8800
Age: 28yrs.
5. Operator (Welder): 2 Nos.
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade plus NCTVT with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD)
Pay Scale: Rs.4890—8800
Age: 28yrs.
6. Operator (Electroplater): 2 Nos.
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade plus NCTVT with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD)
Pay Scale: Rs.4890—8800
Age: 28yrs.
7. Operator (Fitter): 1 Nos.
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade plus NCTVT with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD)
Pay Scale: Rs.4890—8800
Age: 28yrs.
8. Operator (Electronics Mechanic): 6 Nos.
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade plus NCTVT with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD)
Pay Scale: Rs.4890—8800
Age: 28yrs.
Experience Required: For the post of Asst. Manager (HR), minimum 03yrs post qualification experience is required AND for the rest of vacancies, relevant work experience is desirable.
For Sr.No. 4 to 8 – Candidates who have registered themselves in any of the Employment Exchanges in Maharashtra only need to apply.
Upper age relaxation: Age mentioned above is for General category as on 31/03/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Mode of Selection: The selection for the above posts will be through written test followed by an interview of shortlisted candidates.
