Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:-
(i) Project Engineer – The candidate’s maximum age is 32 years.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates will be relaxed by 3 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum of 40% disability or more will get 10 years. SC/ST category candidates applying for UR posts will be considered at par with UR criteria.
(ii) Trainee Officer – The candidate’s maximum age is 28 years.
Age Relaxation: Candidates with a minimum 40% or more disability of the PwBD category will get a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit. Candidates belonging to the OBC/SC/ST/EWS category applying for UR posts will be considered equivalent to UR criteria.

BEL India Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
i) Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5.
ii) The written test will consist of objective-type questions for 150 marks from the technical domain and general aptitude.
iii) A call letter will be sent to the e-mail ID of the eligible candidates to participate in the written test.
iv) Written test date, time, and center details will be intimated through e-mail in due course.
v) Information about personal interviews will be given to candidates shortlisted in interview call letters only through e-mail.
