Bharat Electronics (BEL) is recruiting 200 candidates for the post of “Probationary Engineer” in the discipline of Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Civil and Electrical for their offices and units in the country. PROBATIONARY ENGINEER (PE)

Educational Qualification: First class (Pass for SC/ST & PWD candidates) Engineering Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication /Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on o1-05-2014. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PWD- Un-reserved (UR), 13 years for PWD-OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs.16400—40500 plus other allowances as per norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview.
Candidates, whose applications are accepted through the process of submission of online applications, are eligible to attend the written test at the respective centre. The call letters will be uploaded on the website on 23 June 2014.
The written test will consist of Objective type questions from basic Engineering subjects, in the respective disciplines / specializations and General Aptitude.
The written test will be held at Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Guwahati centres tentatively on dated 06/07/2014 (Sunday).
Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies shall pay Application Fee of Rs.500/-. Fee is to be paid through bank transaction by means of fee payment challan which can be downloaded from the below website.
