Applicants must have finished their B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Engineering with one of the following specializations:

BEL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
Age as of 01.02.2024: Trainee Engineer (TE)
BE/B.TECH: The upper age limit is 28 years
ME/M.TECH: The upper age limit is 30 years
The maximum age limit mentioned is for candidates in the General & EWS Category. However, there are relaxations:
- OBC (NCL) candidates have a relaxation of 3 years.
- SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5 years.
- PwBD candidates with at least 40% disability have a relaxation of 10 years, in addition to the relaxations applicable to OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates.
BEL Recruitment 2024 Salary / Remuneration
Trainee Engineer- I: You’ll receive a total payment of Rs. 30,000 per month for the first year, Rs. 35,000 per month for the second year, and Rs. 40,000 per month for the third year.

Note: Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC, and ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (through online mode or SBI Branch). Click on the below Payment link or The Link available on the BEL Website and select PSU-Pubic Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Ltd.
- Candidates are requested to read the details and screenshots for making the payment.
- Candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Application Form.
- Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting the Application Fee and submitting the application. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
BEL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, but only for those who qualify in the Written Test. The location for the Written Test / Interview will be communicated later.
- 85% of the marks will be based on the written test, while 15% will be based on the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be invited for an interview in a 1:5 ratio based on merit in each category.
- The names of candidates selected for Written Tests/Interviews and final selections will be posted on our Company’s website.
- Please be aware that Written Test/Interview invitations will be sent via email only.

STEPS TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
- Fill in all required fields in the ONLINE format (Google form) by accessing the provided link on the website.
- Click on the “Submit” button to send the application form.
- After submission, the filled-in application form will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Print out the application form, ensuring all sections are completed accurately.
- On the day of Walk-in selections (the details of which will be communicated later via your registered email ID), bring the printed application form along with 2 recent passport-sized color photographs and relevant documents to the selection center.
Documents to be submitted:
- Provide a copy of your SSLC/SSC/ISC/10th Standard marks card to verify your date of birth.
- Submit all certificates from Matriculation/Class X onwards to support your educational qualifications.
- Include your ME/M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech/Degree certificate, as applicable.
- Attach all semester marks sheets or a final consolidated marks sheet.
- Caste/Community/Disability/Income certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS respectively.
- Post-qualification experience certificate/s from previous to current employer.
- Candidates working in PSUs/ Govt. organizations should compulsorily submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of application or interview.
- Copy of the SBI receipt.
