ASSISTANT LINEMAN
Total No. of vacancies for ITC candidates: 189 Nos.
Total No. of vacancies for ITI candidates: 135 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
For ITC: 10th/Matric Pass and should have a certificate of 3 yrs duration course in Lineman Trade/Electrician Trade from ITC, imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL, with 60% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST candidates)
For ITI: 18 or 24 months duration course in Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic trade from ITI recognized by the Govt. of Karnataka.
Candidates should have knowledge of Kannada in reading and writing.
Pay Scale: Rs.7950/- to Rs.16790/- per month.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 as on the last date of receipt of application. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5 yrs and CAT-3 yrs and others as per Govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their Academic Performance. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Endurance Test and Document Verification. Exact Date, Time & Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.

For ITI: Rs.400/- (Rs.200 for SC/ST).
