1. STIPENDIARY TRAINEE CATEGORY-I (GROUP-B)
No. of Vacancies: 50 Nos. ( SC-03, ST-08, OBC-14, EWS-02 & UR-23)
Discipline wise vacancies:
Mechanical – 13 posts.
Electrical – 6 posts.
Chemical – 7 posts.
Civil – 13 posts.
Electronics – 3 posts.
Instrumentation – 4 posts.
Chemistry – 4 posts.
Educational Qualification: Engineering Diploma in relevant Trades/Disciplines.
For Chemistry – Minimum 60% marks in B.Sc.
Age Limit: 18 – 24 as on 31/01/2021
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16000 — Rs.18000 per month.

Age Limit: 18 – 22 as on 31/01/2021
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10500 — Rs.12500 per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards: Minimum Height : 160 cms. Minimum weight : 45.5 Kg.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Examination. Shortlisted candidates will be then called for Interview.
Selected candidates will be given training at Tarapur/Kalpakkam in various aspects of relevant disciplines/trades.
