Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Mumbai Refinery, is recruiting 10 Craftsman (Grade-7) in the discipline of Mechanical and Instrumentation. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on plain paper with requisite details (see below). Educational qualification and eligibility norms in brief details is given below —
CRAFTSMAN (GRADE – 7): 10 Nos. (Gen—3; OBC—6; ST—1)
Discipline wise number of vacancies:
— Mechanical: 6 Nos.
— Instrumentation: 4 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Full time course) in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Electronics with First Class (Relaxable to 50% for SC/ST candidates).
N.B: Engineering Graduate are not eligible for the post.
Experience: Minimum 3yrs relevant experience (excluding apprenticeship training, if any) in Oil Refining / Petroleum / Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer Industry.
Age Limit: Maximum 30yrs as on 01-09-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs and OBC—3yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.13800—41000. Starting basic pay – Rs.13800/- per month
The selection of the candidates will be through Written Test & Personal Interview. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test would be called for Personal Interview. The candidates will have to pass through each stage including medical fitness for being considered for selection.
