Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Kochi Refinery, is recruiting 62 Graduate Apprentice in various discipline — Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Safety. Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the vacancies by submitting their application on or before 30th June. Educational Qualification requirement and brief details are given below —
GRADUATE APPRENTICE: 62 Posts. (Gen—37; SC-5; ST—3; OBC—17)
Disciplines wise vacancies —
— Chemical: 30 Nos.
— Civil: 2 Nos.
— Computer Science: 2 Nos.
— Electrical: 4 Nos.
— Electronics: 1 Nos.
— Instrumentation: 6 Nos.
— Mechanical: 15 Nos.
— Safety: 2 Nos.
Educational Qualification : First class Degree in relevant disciplines with minimum 60% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST candidates)
Note: Candidates shall have passed their Engineering Degree Examination on or after October 2011. Candidates awaiting result are not eligible to apply.
Candidates who have already gone through Apprenticeship training from somewhere else are not eligible to apply.
Age: Not more than 27yrs as on 01-10-2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs and for OBC- 3yrs.
Stipend during Training Period: Rs.25000/- per month will be given during Apprenticeship Training period. The duration of Apprenticeship training will be one year.
Eligible candidates will be called for Test/ Interview. Dates and venue will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
How to Apply: Candidates willing to apply shall prepare the application form on plain paper mentioning their details, such as – Name, Father’s Name, Address, Date of Birth, Age, Qualification (class 10 onwards specifying year of passing, class and percentage of marks obtained), Caste, Contact No., Email ID and any other essential details (See PDF below).
Paste one passport size photograph on the top right corner of the application. The duly filled Application form shall be enclosed with the copies of relevant Certificates/ Mark sheets.
Superscribe the top of the application containing envelope in bold letters with – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GRADUATE APPRENTICE ________ (DISCIPLINE)”.
Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form shall reach on or before 30th June,2014 at the following address — “THE SENIOR MANAGER (RECRUITMENT & PROMOTION), BPCL – KOCHI REFINERY, AMBALAMUGAL, KOCHI – 682 302”.
