ASSISTANT MANAGER
Number of Vacancies: 42 Nos. (Gen—22; SC—6; ST—3; OBC—11). 2 posts are reserved for PH (OH/HI) candidates.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. /AMIE with 60% marks in aggregate (55% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Printing Technology branches of engineering.
Candidates should two years post-qualification experience in production/ manufacturing unit.
Age Limit: candidates must be within 31 years as on 01/11/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.15050—Rs.41760 with Grade Pay: Rs.5520/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be done through Written examination which will be conducted Online and will be of objective type. Qualified candidates will be short-listed for Interview.
The Objective type of written examination will consist of i) tests on Reasoning & Analytical Ability, ii) Quantitative Aptitude, iii) General English and iv) General Awareness. All these tests except General English will be in bilingual form i.e. Hindi & English and the applicant have to choose one medium to answer.
The written examination will be held tentatively on 25th January 2014. Exact date and venue will be intimated through Call letter which will be available for downloading from the company’s website in due course.
