Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is recruiting 203 persons for the posts of Supervisor Trainee and various others in HRM, Law, Company Secretariat and HRD Positions. Application for the posts can be submitted online from the official site of BHEL within 17th April 2012. Graduates and Bachelor Degree holders may apply. Details below—

1. HRM – 
Deputy Manager (E3)/ Manager (E4): 20 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with 2 yrs Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in— Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Business Administration from recognised University/ Institutes.
Candidates who have done Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work or Business Administration should have dad specialization/ elective in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare.
Candidates should have obtained minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) in aggregate of all years/semesters in Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma and must have done the course in regular mode.

2. HRD—
Manager (E4): 12 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with 2 yrs Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in— Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Business Administration/ Psychology/ Industrial Psychology/ Training & Development from recognised University/ Institutes.
Candidates who have done Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work or Business Administration should have dad specialization/ elective in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare.
Candidates should have obtained minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) in aggregate of all years/semesters in Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma and must have done the course in regular mode.

LAW—
Executive (E1): 8 Nos.
Senior Executive (E2): 1 Nos.
Deputy Manager (E3): 9 Nos.
Manager (E4): 1 Nos.
Senior Manager (E5): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Law (BL or LLB). Candidates should have done the course on regular mode. Candidates with distance or correspondence mode were not eligible to apply.
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Commercial/ Labour/ or Taxation Laws is desirable.

COMPANY SECRETATIAT—
Deputy Manager (E3): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with minimum 55% marks in ACS.
Post Qualification Experience for above mentioned posts: For HRM, Law and Company Secretariat positions—Candidates should have post qualification experience as an Executive in  Govt./ Semi-govt./ PSU/ Nationalised Banks or in well known Companies.
For HRD function—Candidates should have post qualification experience as a Faculty/ Trainer/ Facilitator in a Professional/ Corporate environment in Reputed Management Institutes/ PSUs/ MNCs.
Required post qualification experience in years: For E1- 1yrs; For E2- 5yrs; For E3- 9yrs; for E4: 12yrs and For E5- 15yrs.

SUPERVISOR TRAINEE (HR)—
Supervisor Trainee (S0): 150 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)/ Social Work/ Business Management with minimum 65% marks in aggregate (60% marks for SC/ST candidates). Candidates should have done full time regular course not through distance or correspondence mode.
No experience required for the post.

Age limits: For Supervisor Trainee (S0)—within 27yrs; for Executive (E1)—within 30yrs; for Senior Executive (E2)—within 34yrs; for Deputy Manager (E3)—within 38yrs; for Manager (E4)—within 41yrs and for Senior Manager (S0)—within 44yrs.
Age will be counted as on 1/3/2012. Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms.

Selection Steps: For the post of Supervisor Trainee (HR)—candidates will be selected through Written Examination and Personal Interview. Questions will be objective types and will be in English and Hindi only. Qualified candidates from the written test will be called for Personal Interview.
For the rest of other posts, there will be no written test; candidates will be selected directly through Personal Interview only.
The date and venue of the written test and personal interview will be known later to the candidates.

General and OBC candidates are required to pay Processing Fee of Rs.300 (for the post of Supervisor Trainee ) and Rs.250 (For rest of all other posts) which can be deposited in branch of State Bank of India through Fee challan. Fee challan is available to download from the website of BHEL. Fee challan can be print-out in triplicate and deposit the amount in Power Jyoti account number 30858786786 (IFSC code SBIn0001363). SC/ST /PH candidates do not require processing fee.
Now after submitting the online application form; an Acknowledgement slip will appear on the computer screen with unique acknowledgement numbers. Make print-out copy of it.
The print-out copy of Acknowledgement slip, along with other documents, should reach the office address of BHEL by post.
Candidates should enter their valid email id during registration. Further necessary communication will be made through e-mail only.

Enclose the following self attested documents along with print-out Acknowledgement slip—

  • One recent self-attested passport size photograph pasted on Acknowledgement slip.
  • Madhyamik pass certificate as Age proof 
  • Original fee challan receipt
  • All the required Educational/ Course and Experience certificate 
  • Caste certificate, for SC/ST and OBC
  • PH certificate for PH candidates
  • Ex-Servicemen discharge certificate, for Ex-serviceman
  • Domicile Certificate, if candidates is from J&K

On the top of the envelope, superscribe–  “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………….”.

Last Date: Online Registration can be done by last 17th April 2012 and Print-out application slip should reach the office address of BHEL within 1st May 2012 (8th May 2012 for candidates residing in far flung areas)
